Personal Digital Banking
The ALL NEW Blue Ridge Bank and Trust mobile app is NOW AVAILABLE!
For existing customers to sign in using the new app for the first time, follow these simple steps:
- Download the app.
- Open the app.
- Follow the prompts on your screen to sign in.
These prompts include:
Enter your username and password. If you do not know your information, choose the “Forgot?” option, and you will be prompted to enter your username and email address. If this information is not available, choose “Try another way”, and you will be asked to enter your Social Security Number and account number.
Set up two-factor verification. This adds an extra layer of security if someone attempts to log into your account from an unknown device. You will be asked to choose a verification method: “voice or text message” OR Authy, a third-party authentication app. Note: If you do not already have the Authy app on your device and do not want to download it (it requires a separate set up), select the “voice or text message” option. You will have the option to receive a text message or a voice message that will include a verification code. Enter the code when prompted and hit the Verify button.
Create a four-digit passcode. You will be asked to enter it twice.
That’s it! You’re in!
- Log in to Online Banking or the Blue Ridge Bank and Trust mobile app.
- In the app, from the dashboard view, select the ☰ symbol in the top left corner to open the main menu. If using Online Banking, the menu appears on the left side of the screen.
- Select "Bill Pay" from the menu.
- Click on "Payees", then "Add a payee".
- Follow the instructions on the screen to enter the payee's information.
- Log in to Online Banking or the Blue Ridge Bank and Trust mobile app.
- From the dashboard view, click on the account you want to manage.
- Click on "Settings".
- Click on "Enroll" (located under "Documents").
- Agree to the terms and conditions.
- Select the circle next to the account name, then click "Save".
- Log in to Online Banking or the Blue Ridge Bank and Trust mobile app.
- From the dashboard view, click on the account you want to manage.
- Click on "Alert preferences".
- Choose which alerts you want to set up and enter the specific parameters; then click the "Add alert" button to save.
Use your Blue Ridge Bank and Trust debit card from your mobile device's digital wallet to make a contactless payment. It's safe, secure, and so convenient!
Much like a physical wallet, a digital wallet is a single place to store your credit and debit cards on your smart device. Simply add a card to the app, and you can use your device to make payments online and in-person where contactless payments are accepted.
Here's how to set it up on your Apple, Samsung, or Google device:
Telephone Banking - 816-358-BANK (2265)
- Call 816-358-BANK (2265) from any touch-tone phone.
- Select an option and then enter your account number (e.g. Press 1 to hear your checking account balance, then enter your checking account number.)
- Enter your personal identification number (PIN). The first time you use telephone banking, you will need to establish your PIN. You will be asked to enter your 9-digit Social Security Number and then set up a 6-digit PIN. You will then use this number on all future inquiries. You do have the option to change your PIN at any time.
